Billing questions
- How am I charged?
- Through the Shopify Billing API. The charge is approved by you inside your Shopify admin and appears on your Shopify invoice.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep access until the end of the current billing period. After that scanning and automatic repair stop, but every change StoreFix made stays in place and stays undoable.
- Does uninstalling stop billing?
- Yes. Shopify cancels the subscription automatically when the app is uninstalled, and StoreFix deletes your store data within 48 hours.
