Fixing orphan pages properly

An orphan product cannot be crawled through navigation, so it depends entirely on the sitemap. Add it to a relevant collection, link it from a related article or a 'you may also like' block, and confirm the internal link actually renders rather than being injected by a script.

Separating on-site from off-site

Ahrefs is best known for backlink data. Keep the two workstreams apart: repair everything on-site first, because it is fully under your control and completes in days rather than months.
