The usual deductions are a missing description, a title that duplicates another page, or a title far outside the recommended length. Fix these in each resource's website SEO fields, and prioritise the templates that generate the most URLs.
Page quality
Seobility penalises thin text, a high stop-word ratio and duplicated descriptions. Expand the pages with real, factual detail from your own product data: materials, dimensions, compatibility, care instructions, what is in the box.
Page structure and link structure
One H1, a sensible H2/H3 outline, and descriptive internal anchor text. Replace 'click here' and bare URLs with text that names the destination, and make sure every important page is reachable within three clicks of the homepage.
Server configuration and external factors
Shopify handles HTTPS, compression and response headers well, so most server deductions come from canonical or redirect problems. External factors — backlinks and referring domains — are outside the store and cannot be repaired by any app, which is why a perfect on-site score can still sit next to a low external score.
